2	I have asked for you because we are planning some renovations in the port and need a reliable contractor. The world of shipping is getting bigger each day, and we need to keep up.
3	Each year more ultra-large container ships arrive in our port. Our terminals are just not ready for these giant vessels. Luckily, new technologies can help us build a new terminal faster than ever.
4	Each ultra-large container ship can accommodate up to 18000 containers. If we want to keep up with the largest ports in the world, we need to be able to handle these numbers.
5	We are switching to quad lift quay cranes to handle all this cargo. These are more stable and can lift two containers at the same time. This way, we can double the unloading speed.
6	You don’t have to worry about the technical details. Just know we need a lot of materials in a short time to rebuild our terminals. That’s where you and your fleet come in.
7	The new quay cranes will be controlled remotely. We will need to train our workers to operate these new technologies or hire new staff who have some experience with it.
